I'm falling behind a little, but hopefully this week will be a little slower and I can get caught up :)

Ok, so this is the hair I wanted and this is the hair I got ... really not the same thing is it!! What do you do

ok, this is quite the embarrassing picture, but I am on day three of not washing my hair (trying to set in the new dye ... all aveda's dyes just wash out of my hair) but it is soooooooo gross that it is literally not being held up with anything ... no barrettes or elastics ... nothing!! Can I make it until tomorrow?? I don't know. I read that if you don't wash it for a couple days after the dye job that the dye will stay in better. We'll see :)

Lori is honestly going to kill me ... and I'll probably have to remove this post, but I wanted to showcase my new talent. At Christmas Lori asked me to try and lessen her arm mass :) and I tried to use the clone tool in photoshop and was really disappointed when it didn't turn out like I'd hoped, but now I have figured it out!!!

I think I have a whole bunch of photo's of myself that could benefit from the photoshop diet ... we'll see just how far this thing can go!!!

For those who don't know ... the Bellamy family has been cursed the last couple years. This is how it has been. Becky (Spencer's oldest sibling) has 3 girls and is pregnant with ?? You guessed it her 4th. Well Spencer and I (Spencer being the 2nd child) have 2 boys and Liz (Spencer's sister who is just younger than him) has 2 girls.
Well, so this has held true for a couple years and we keep teasing the rest of the family that they are in line to have all one sex too in a rotating fashion. So ... Julie will have all boys, Carrie all girls, Nick all boys and Kevin all girls. Well, this has been distressing for me where I need to have a girl one of these days. BUT ALAS the curse has now been broken. Liz has paved the way for my future daughter to be born. She has just announced that she is having a BOY!!! so... long story short ... the CURSE has been broken!!

I'm still keeping up with these pictures. Should we take a poll of when I'll stop ... and then I'll have like a 1/2 year and it will go into my pile of "I'll finish this one day" but with this I might not be able to finish it if I stop taking pictures. WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO!! lol!!

Ok on my weight loss journey of like 60 lbs I am down 21 of those lbs. Thought I'd wake up this morning to finally hit the official 20 lb mark (I've said I was 20 lbs loss since I hit 18 lbs) but I got on the scale and I was down a total of 21 lbs. skipped 20 altogether.
YAY!! only 39 more to go:-(

Ok I've completed my January template for the 365 project I'm working on. I think I'm going to make it available for anyone who wants to jump on the horse with me ... yes Kara I'm talking to you:)

Supermom??

I was supermom today ... I think I could have given Lori a run for her money!!! (always comparing, I know) well let me tell you. I got up, fed the boys, started cleaning ... enlisted the help of Ethan and Mason and we sorted their diaper bags out and played with ABC's working on letters and puzzles and then I packed the church bag for Sunday (yes, you might see me there on time) and then I reorganized their drawers and hung a lot of their clothes that I washed and put in more wash and organized more rooms then got them dressed and we went outside to play in the snow (did I mention I called a friend over for Ethan) then I cleaned out my car and vacuumed it and then when we did go inside I sorted through all the stuff that I'd brought in and organized it and put it away. Then I gave Ethan a 40 minute nap warning and told him every 10 minutes that it was getting closer while we played with building blocks and other learning games. Then while my boys were sleeping I finished cleaning my living room, and went down and organized my piano teaching stuff so I could start this new year off right and then I taught for two and 1/2 hours, then cleaned up dinner dishes and finished cleaning my kitchen. I am wonder woman!!! oh, did I mention I called the primary president to get a list of Ethan's primary songs so we could work on them and she told me she's already given me a CD (oops) well, found the CD and played it while we worked on the house. like I said ... supermom/woman

Ok, so now we'll get back to some real blogging instead of just scrapbooking :) this morning Ethan had followed me into Mason's room and I encouraged him to get into the crib with Mason. Well, it turned into a disaster (like always) with Ethan climbing up onto the crib and mason moving into his path and Ethan stepping on Mason's fingers ... blah blah blah
so I pulled Ethan down and he was sad about that and started to cry (really loud) and I told him that he was hurting my ears (it actually was hurting) well at that point he started crying louder and I asked him why he was crying and he said "yur hurt my deelings"
smile smile (and that's why I'm a mom ... because in even the most frustrating situations my children make my heart explode)

done done done!!! I think I'll include the note I wrote him at his 1 year birthday in my final page that will match my title page ... wow I cannot believe I finished something... who am I (could I be Kara or Britney or Lori or anyone else who actually finishes things?? Yes Yes I could)

ok, I've done it!! I've weighed the chances of a crazy finding my kids to the annoyance of having a protected blog and both spencer and I have decided that it's not a bad thing to have an open blog. I'm not even going to change my childrens names.

Ok I really didnt need this today, but I clicked on the Raspberry patch blog and then the first digital freebie and started reading down this lady's blog and she has been collecting money and stuff for her friend who has a baby daughter with cancer and her oldest son has down syndrome ... can you believe what some people's trials are. she has a quote from Mother Teresa that I thought I'd post

Ok, well I have totally been sick, honestly thought I would die Sunday night. Until yesterday I thought I just had the flu because my body ached and I had thrown up 6 times, but I went to the dr and I just have a really bad case of Strep throat. Let me tell you ... I have never been sicker in my entire life!!! strep sucks and has played havoc on my new years resolutions, except for my diet thing. I set a two week goal to lose 5 lbs and I'm into it a 1/2 week and I've already lost 5 lbs so I'm doing pretty well :)
I'm working on a digital book, the kind that shutterfly prints out of Ethan and Mason's first year. I'm still going to do their scrapbook scrapbook, but I thought at least I would have a hard bound book of their first years completed. so I'll start posting those pages.
